Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of smallspenddiary.lat and the Small Spend Diary service, provided by Small Spend Diary Ltd, 5–6 Gray’s Yard, Springfield Road, Chelmsford, CM2 6QR, England.
The service
Small Spend Diary is a free diary for small everyday spending — coffee, lunch, travel and little shopping trips — with a gentle nudge to log and a weekly summary by message. It is free. There is no paid plan and we never take payments.
What we don’t do
We only send reminders and summaries of what you enter. We do not connect to your bank or cards, move money, or give financial advice. Nothing we send is financial advice. Any payment or decision is yours, made directly with the relevant provider.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and use your own UK mobile number.
Messages
Messages are service messages by SMS or WhatsApp that you asked for. Reply STOP to end them. Your network’s standard charges, if any, apply.
Our responsibility to you
Reminders rely on the information you enter. We are not responsible for charges, late fees, or missed payments caused by wrong dates or by delivery problems outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The Small Spend Diary name, logo, and site content belong to Small Spend Diary Ltd. Please don’t copy them without permission.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
Complaints
Email info@smallspenddiary.lat; we aim to reply within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
